How can I get in touch?

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! Postage costs will be calculated at checkout. Please check my delivery page for estimated shipping times and more information.
Will I be charged customs?
EU customers may now have to pay import duties / customs charges upon receiving their order, I’m unfortunately unable to control or predict what these fees might be, as this depends on the country being shipped to.
For the rest of the world, import duties may apply when the package arrives in your country.
PLEASE NOTE: It is the responsibility of the customer to cover the cost of any additional customs charges that may occur for overseas orders.
Can I track where my order is?
There are two shipping options at checkout: tracked and untracked. If you select a tracked shipping option at checkout, you will receive a tracking number which will update throughout the journey. If tracked shipping is not selected your order will be sent untracked.
When will my order be dispatched?
I run this business by myself and unfortunately can’t pack at the speed of big corporations, orders are shipped out daily throughout the week and typically take 1-3 days to be dispatched. During particularly busy periods it may take up to a week – your patience is appreciated!
You will receive an email confirming that your order has been dispatched, sometimes these go into spam or junk folders.
Can I change my address?
If you have put an incorrect shipping address, you must email me immediately, before your order is dispatched so that I can change it.
I cannot refund an order if it’s been lost due to an incorrect address - hopefully it will get sent back to me, in which case I will contact you to ask if you’d like me to re-attempt delivery.
I need my order urgently! Can you prioritise it?
If you’re ordering for a birthday, or need it by a specific date, then please contact me with the details. I will try my best to accommodate your request and ship it out as quickly as possible, but once I have dispatched it, I cannot control how quickly Royal Mail deliver it to you. Tracked shipping is highly recommended in these circumstances.
Do you offer discounts?
I run short sales a couple of times a year, the best place to keep up to date is the mailing list and my Instagram. There is also a year-round discounted section on my shop, which is updated frequently with items, so be sure to check there for bargains!
Can you gift wrap my order?
Absolutely! At checkout, there is a tick-box option to have all the items in your cart lovingly gift wrapped with custom tissue paper and a handwritten note for £2.50.
Is your packaging eco-friendly?
Yes, my packaging is recyclable and biodegradable, with the large majority also being compostable, reusable and made from recycled materials! I ship out in cardboard boxes and envelopes with paper tape which can be recycled together. Occasionally, prints may be sent out in plastic-looking protective sleeves, these are in fact eco-friendly sleeves made from vegetable starch and fully compostable and biodegradable!
Do you accept returns?
If you're not 100% happy with your purchase (e.g. clothing doesn't fit) please contact me with your order number and reason for return, and I will email you the address to send it back to. I cannot cover the price of shipping it back to me (unless it arrived damaged or faulty) due to this being a small business, I hope that’s understandable.
Are your products ethically produced?
Yes! I choose my suppliers carefully and check that all of my products are ethically manufactured.
Can you do a certain print in a different size?
Due to shipping logistics, I tend to only sell prints up to size A4. However, I do have limited edition drops of larger sizes which are announced over on Instagram, so it’s best to stay up to date there!
Can I get one of your designs tattooed?
Absolutely! I sell tattoo tickets here.

All of my artwork is automatically protected under UK Copyright laws. This includes: copying my work, distributing copies of it, whether free of charge or for sale, making an adaptation of my work, putting it on the internet - Taken from GOV.UK. Please respect me and my designs, it is illegal to steal intellectual property, and can be a very stressful experience for small, independent creators like myself - if you see anyone doing this, I'd really appreciate you letting me know via email evamalleyart@gmail.com so I can take action. Thank you!
