Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! Postage costs will be calculated at checkout. Please check my delivery page for estimated shipping times.

 

Where is your shipping information?

It’s all available here, please give it a read if you have any questions regarding your order! If your question hasn’t been answered, then please use the contact form to reach me.

 

Will I be charged customs?

It's important to note that EU customers may now have to pay import duties / customs charges upon receiving their order. This is roughly 20% of the total order value.

For the rest of the world, import duties may apply when the package arrives in your country. 

PLEASE NOTE: It is the responsibility of the customer to cover the cost of any additional customs charges that may occur for overseas orders. We are unable to control or predict what these fees might be, as this depends on the country being shipped to.

 

Can I track where my order is?

If you paid for tracked shipping, you will receive a tracking number! This will update throughout the shipping journey up to the destination. If you didn’t select a tracked shipping service at checkout, then I cannot track your order, nor will I receive confirmation when it’s been delivered, however it’s very rare that an order gets lost (if that’s the case I will refund you / send a replacement depending on stock levels).

 

Why has my order not been dispatched yet?

I run this business independently, alongside being a full-time student studying at university. Orders are posted at the very minimum twice a week, but often they are dispatched every day.

During particularly busy periods, it may take around a week for your order to be sent out. Unfortunately, I cannot work at the speed of big corporations, it’s just me! I really appreciate your patience. Sometimes dispatch emails get sent to junk / spam folders or people input the wrong email address, you’re welcome to check with me whether your order has been sent, just send me your order number and query here and I’ll get back to you ASAP!

 

Can I change my address?

If you have put an incorrect shipping address, you must email me immediately, before your order is dispatched so that I can change it. I cannot refund an order if it’s been lost due to an incorrect address - hopefully it will get sent back to me, in which case I will contact you to ask if you’d like me to re-attempt delivery.

 

I need my order urgently! Can you prioritise it?

If you’re ordering for a birthday, or need it by a specific date, then please contact me with the details. I will try my best to accommodate your request and ship it out as quickly as possible, but once I have dispatched it, I cannot control how quickly Royal Mail deliver it to you. Tracked shipping is highly recommended in these circumstances.

 

Can you gift wrap my order?

Absolutely! At checkout, there is a tick-box option to have all the items in your cart lovingly gift wrapped by us with our custom tissue paper and a handwritten note for £2.50. 

 

Do you accept returns?

We do try to keep returns to a minimum, however if you're not 100% happy with your purchase (e.g. clothing doesn't fit) please contact me with your order number and reason for return, and I will email you the address to send it back to. I cannot cover the price of shipping it back to me (unless it arrived damaged or faulty) due to this being a small business, I hope that’s understandable.

 

When are you restocking?

Different items get restocked at different times, but I usually have quite large restocks every month. If you contact me directly about a particular product coming back in stock, it’s likely I won’t be able to give you an exact date, so please just keep an eye out on my Instagram @evamalleyart instead - It’s the best place to hear about restocks. Once I have an exact date and time for a product, I will post about it on my stories in advance, with a countdown which you can turn your notifications on for to be reminded! There is also an option on each product page to receive an email notification when it's back in stock.

 

Why is it sold out?

I try my best to always have a large selection of products in stock. Certain items take longer to manufacture, which may mean they’re out of stock for a number of weeks. Despite constantly ordering larger quantities each restock, particularly popular products may sell out fairly quick (sometimes in a matter of minutes), so I recommend staying up to date with my restocks and launches on Instagram and purchasing when they go live to avoid disappointment.

 

Is your packaging eco-friendly?

Yes! All of my packaging is 100% recyclable and biodegradable, the large majority is also compostable, reusable and made from recycled materials! All of the details are available here.

 

Are your products ethically produced?

Yes! All of my products have been ethically manufactured.

 

Can you do a certain print in a different size?

I buy my prints in bulk, so unfortunately can’t do one-off special size requests. Due to shipping prices I cannot sell prints larger than A4 for the time being.

 

Can you design me a tattoo?

I’d love to! However, at the moment I’m really busy with my small business, university studies and client work. Whenever I have free time to do more tattoo designs, I will post on my Instagram stories that I am accepting commissions, and it will be on a first come, first served basis - I recommend staying up to date there. You're welcome to get my previous designs tattooed, I just ask to be credited if you post a photo!

 

Where do you get your products printed?

After a few bad experiences with having my designs stolen, I don’t feel comfortable sharing my suppliers, sorry! If you’re wanting to start a small business, Google really is the place to be – there’s thousands of amazing companies to choose from!

Where can I keep up to date?

I’m @evamalleyart on pretty much every social media! I’m most active on Instagram, and post about new products, restocks and any important information or updates there. You can also find me on Facebook, Twitter and Tiktok. There is a mailing list if you’d like to keep up to date that way – I only email once every few months about big shop updates so you won’t get spammed, don’t worry!

If you have any other questions, the best place to reach me is the contact form here, on my website - I will get back to you as quickly as possible. Alternatively, you can email me at evamalleyart@gmail.com. If it’s about a specific order, remember to include your order number in your message. Please refrain from messaging me on social media platforms (Instagram, Tiktok) about orders, as I do not check these messages frequently and receive hundreds a day – it’s very hard for me to keep track of them there and I cannot guarantee a speedy reply.

 

All of my artwork is automatically protected under UK Copyright laws. This includes: copying my work, distributing copies of it, whether free of charge or for sale, making an adaptation of my work, putting it on the internet - Taken from GOV.UK. Please respect me and my designs, it is illegal to steal intellectual property, and can be a very stressful experience for small, independent creators like myself - if you see anyone doing this, I'd really appreciate you letting me know via email evamalleyart@gmail.com so I can take action. Thank you!
