DUE TO COVID THERE ARE EXPECTED DELAYS WITH ALL SHIPPING SERVICES

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE: It is the responsibility of the customer to cover the cost of any additional customs charges that may occur for overseas orders. We are unable to control or predict what these fees might be, as this depends on the country being shipped to.

 

I ship worldwide! All orders are dispatched by me from the UK. As I run this independently alongside being a full-time university student, please allow on average 3 working days for your order to be dispatched. During particularly busy periods it may take a week, I pack as quickly as I can, your patience is appreciated!

 

Shipping costs are calculated by the weight of your order.

 

UK

 

1st Class – next-day delivery aim after dispatch.

 

1st Class Tracked – next-day delivery aim with full tracking after dispatch.

 

Please note that if you do not order with tracking, I will not be able to locate where your order is after I have dispatched it. It’s very rare that an order gets lost, but if it does go missing, I am happy to send a replacement (depending on stock levels) or refund you.

Royal Mail will not class a 1st class order as lost until it's been at least 10 working days since the dispatch date, please allow that time to pass before reaching out as I unfortunately won't be able to do anything until then.

 

 

EUROPE

 

International Standard – 7 working days delivery aim after dispatch.

 

International Tracked – 7 working days delivery aim with full tracking after dispatch.

 

Please note that if you do not order with tracking, I will not be able to locate where your order is after I have dispatched it. It’s very rare that an order gets lost, but if it does go missing, I am happy to send a replacement (depending on stock levels) or refund you.

It's important to note that EU customers may now have to pay import duties / customs charges upon receiving their order. This is roughly 20% of the total order value. It is the responsibility of the customer to cover the cost of any additional customs charges that may occur for overseas orders. We are unable to control or predict what these fees might be, as this depends on the country being shipped to.

International orders can occasionally get delayed up to 4 weeks. It’s very frustrating when this happens, unfortunately I cannot speed up the shipping process once it’s been dispatched, please allow time for delays if you’re outside of the UK.

Royal Mail will not class a Standard European order as lost until it's been at least 4 weeks since the dispatch date, please allow that time to pass before reaching out as I unfortunately won't be able to do anything until then.

GENERAL INFO

 

  • Please ensure your shipping address, email address and phone number are all correct.
  • You will receive shipping confirmation once your order has been sent out (check spam and junk folders!)
  •  If you have put an incorrect shipping address, you must email me immediately, before your order is dispatched so that I can change it.
  • I cannot refund an order if it’s been lost due to an incorrect address - hopefully it will get sent back to me (my return address is on all orders), in which case I will contact you to ask if you’d like me to re-attempt delivery.
  • If you’re ordering for a birthday, or need it by a specific date, then please contact me with the details. I will try my best to accommodate your request and ship it out as quickly as possible, but once I have dispatched it, I cannot control how quickly Royal Mail deliver it to you. Tracked shipping is highly recommended in these circumstances.
  • Multiple products or particularly heavy items (e.g. planners, hoodies) will increase the postage cost. If the postage is out of your budget but you’d still like to purchase something, I recommend prints, totes and any small / lightweight items, these are the cheapest to ship.

 

RETURNS

 

If you’d like to return an item (e.g. clothing doesn’t fit), I am happy to fully refund your order once I’ve received the items back. I will not be able to cover the postage cost of returning it (unless it arrived damaged or faulty), due to this being a small business, I hope that’s understandable. Please contact me if this is the case and I will email you the address to send it back to!
