DISPATCH

All orders are dispatched by me via Royal Mail in the UK. Shipping costs are calculated by the weight of your order.

I run this business by myself and unfortunately can’t pack at the speed of big corporations! Orders are shipped out throughout the week and typically take 1-3 days to be dispatched, during particularly busy periods it may take up to a week – your patience is appreciated!

You will receive an email confirming that your order has been dispatched, sometimes these go into spam or junk folders.

 

UK

There are two shipping options at checkout:

1st Class – next-day delivery aim after dispatch.

1st Class Tracked – next-day delivery aim with full tracking after dispatch.

If you select a tracked shipping option at checkout, you will receive a tracking number which will update throughout the journey. If tracked shipping is not selected, your order will be sent untracked.

Royal Mail will not class a 1st class order as lost until it’s been at least 2 weeks since the dispatch date, please allow that time to pass before reaching out. It’s very rare that an order gets lost, but if it does go missing send me an email and I’ll investigate it for you.

 

EUROPE

There are two shipping options at checkout:

International Standard – 7 working days delivery aim after dispatch.

International Tracked – 7 working days delivery aim with full tracking after dispatch.

If you select a tracked shipping option at checkout, you will receive a tracking number which will update throughout the journey. If tracked shipping is not selected, your order will be sent untracked.

Royal Mail will not class an International Standard order as lost until it’s been at least 6 weeks since the dispatch date, please allow that time to pass before reaching out. It’s very rare that an order gets lost, but if it does go missing send me an email and I’ll investigate for you.

Customs

Customers outside of the UK may have to pay import duties / customs charges upon receiving their order, I’m unfortunately unable to control or predict what these fees might be, as this depends on the country being shipped to.

PLEASE NOTE: It is the responsibility of the customer to cover the cost of any additional customs charges that may occur for overseas orders.

GENERAL INFO

  • Please ensure your shipping address, email address and phone number are all correct.
  • You will receive shipping confirmation once your order has been sent out (check spam and junk folders!)
  • If you have put an incorrect shipping address, you must email me immediately, before your order is dispatched so that I can change it.
  • I cannot refund an order if it’s been lost due to an incorrect address - hopefully it will get sent back to me, in which case I will contact you to ask if you’d like me to re-attempt delivery.
  • If you’re ordering for a birthday, or need it by a specific date, then please contact me with the details. I will try my best to accommodate your request and ship it out as quickly as possible, but once I have dispatched it, I cannot control how quickly Royal Mail deliver it to you. Tracked shipping is highly recommended in these circumstances. 

RETURNS

If you're not 100% happy with your purchase (e.g. clothing doesn't fit) please contact me with your order number and reason for return, and I will email you the address to send it back to. I cannot cover the price of shipping it back to me (unless it arrived damaged or faulty) due to this being a small business, I hope that’s understandable.
